All the specialist requirements are brought into the process from the beginning. Our team of designers consists of architects, energy consultants and environmental services engineers who are dedicated to achieving great buildings that respect the environment and are a joy to use.

LEDA approaches
each project using environmental design strategies such as natural ventilation, passive cooling, incorporating renewable energy, high thermal efficiency, that have been innovatively combined to suit the site and the activity requirements.
We have a network of specialist consultants to further support our design approach who we have worked successfully with over the years.

LEDA values
our relationships with our clients extremely highly. It is through this
relationship that we can successfully translate aims and dreams into great designs.
Our approach is to involve the client in the design process through participatory techniques. We want to bring the perspective of the completed functioning building to the early design stages-to see how it will be managed and operated to ensure it will be enjoyed.

LEDA believes

Therefore each project receives detailed attention from a director of who will work as part of the team to ensure that all the appropriate resources are allocated and managed effectively.

LEDA Welcome to Leeds Environmental Design Associates (LEDA), a team of designers dedicated to creating great sustainable buildings that respect the environment and are a joy to use. Registered in 1997, we are a multi-disciplinary co-operative of architects and building services engineers. We deliver quality, efficient, integrated design solutions in tandem with specialist advice, feasibility strategies and low carbon consultancy. We help clients address all aspects of sustainability: social; e
