Quercus – Sustainable Oak Fencing Summary Quercus Fencing is high quality, durable, sustainable, practical and stylish. It is designed in a similar style to a traditional wattle hurdle, but made from the heartwood of oak. It will suit urban and rural landscapes equally. Firstly, Oak is the best choice of wood for exterior construction of any kind. Secondly, the tannins in the oak provide natural protection, so no preservative treatments are required. The Quercus fence allows some shafts of sunlight to pass through, beneficial to planting in the shade of a fence.

All their products are made from durable & sustainable oak, built to high quality standards. The fencing is screwed, rather than nailed with rust proof screws. The result is both practical & stylish.
They hold stock of standard sized panels 6ft Wide & 2,3,4,5 & 6 ft high. Bespoke panels can be built to within 2 metre high & 2 metres wide & no smaller than 450mm. Standard gates are 6ft High x 3ft wide & are the same design as the panel with diagonal bracing & a latch plate on both sides. Again bespoke sizes can be manufactured. The company also manufactures planters in the same style 22 “ high x 28 ” wide. Posts are available in 2 thickness's 3 “ & 4” square. Other sizes can be supplied. Standard post finials choices are a square bevelled edge top & pyramids.
