Summary Save the Rhino International is a UK based not-for-profit conservation charity. Registered in 1994, we are committed to ensuring the survival of the rhinoceros species in the wild.

The charity works in close consultation with managers and communities in wildlife areas
and provides direct support for rhino and community based conservation projects in Africa and Asia. By providing a secure environment for rhinos, Save the Rhino also ensures the survival of numerous other species that share their habitat.

image - fundraisingMuch of our funding comes from people taking part in sponsored events, such as the London and New York Marathons, UK events and overseas challenges. Some supporters also become members, make web-based donations towards particular projects, buy merchandising through our on-line shop and partner with us through work and social groups.

We raise around half a million pounds for rhino and community conservation projects each year.
